
Rising four storeys in the heart of Richmond, Argentum brings a new perspective to condominium living. These 43 finely crafted studio and 2 bedroom + loft suites are situated just blocks away from No. 3 Road.
With the slogan, “Home to Affordable City Living” and a carefully selected array of photography, Argentum’s campaign incorporated traditional elements such as media advertising, directional signage, 3D renderings and printed brochure and inserts. The lifestyle images depicted the target audience, which was made up of university students and young professionals.

Two projects. One location. Alexandra Gate and Remy are part of an exclusive Cambie Street development in the heart of Richmond. From townhomes to lofts, grace and elegance are woven into a wide variety of floor plans.
Located in a small, 1680sf. sales centre, the challenge was to allow for these two diverse projects to complement one another, yet maintain some distinction. Classical fonts, elegant photos, playful textures, and rich colours reinforce the campaign. These integrated elements appear in signage, website, brochures and TV ads to create a sophistication that is appealing to mature, Asian buyers.

Embracing the surrounding metropolitan bustle, Granville Island's ambiance is matchless; its gritty, industrial past
and alluring waterfront is proudly displayed in today's people-friendly, artistic, and energetic incarnation. Granville Island's cluster of galleries, lofts and working studios celebrates local and regional artisans.
At first, we were asked to develop a simple directory-style website. The end result: a Flash-based interactive map, entirely database driven with a design reflecting the creativity seen by the Artists & Artisans on the island.

Our goal on this website was simplicity. Knowing that audiences of all ages and web experience would be visiting, it was important to build a site with a clean design, soft colours, easy to read fonts and clear navigation. Each page has an easy way to “Donate Now”, along with font size controls and Chinese language support.

Something Special Deli began with two friends, and a mother’s secret recipe, making antipasto to share with friends and family. It became a savoured tradition and a gourmet treat to be a part of their own family gatherings.

We were contracted by Mergent to redesign their existing collateral to reflect their evolving position within
a very specialized and competitive financial sector. Numerous branding initiatives were also undertaken to establish a cohesive look throughout
the six core product offerings.
