Two projects. One location. Alexandra Gate and Remy are part of an exclusive Cambie Street development in the heart of Richmond. From townhomes to lofts, grace and elegance are woven into a wide variety of floor plans.

Located in a small 1680 sf. sales centre, the challenge was to allow for these two diverse projects to complement one another, yet maintain some distinction. Classical fonts, elegant photos, playful textures, and rich colours reinforce the campaign. These integrated elements appear in signage, print and TV ads to create a sophistication that is appealing to mature, Asian homebuyers.
