Tsawwassen Heights consists of more than 105 pre-owned homes purchased by BC Hydro from concerned residents.

The homes posed a particular stigma to the local marketplace due to newly installed high-voltage power lines. A strategy was needed to address possible apprehensions.

Our marketing showcased the "Decide for Yourself" positioning, while an elaborate website and interactive satellite maps provided home buyers with all the facts needed to make an informed decision.

The results were staggering, with a large portion of homes selling within months.
