Two projects. One location. Remy and Alexandra Gate are part of an exclusive Cambie Street development in the heart of Richmond. With 251 stylish concrete and glass condos ranging from studios to 3-bedroom suites, Remy appeals to a wide demographic for those who dream of owning a new home.

Located in a small 1680 sf. sales centre, the challenge was to allow for these two diverse projects to complement one another, yet maintain some distinction. Remy’s slogans "Stop Home Envy" and “Live your life. Love your freedom.” set a tone that is effectively depicted through the use of bright photos and funky, random squares - all appearing in signage, print and television ads.
